SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship most orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise requested. We will process and ship your order within 5 business days.Please contact us if you need expedited or express shipping.
TRANSIT TIME
Shipments are made by UPS from our location in Menomonie, WI. Days are business days from when we ship your order, and do not include weekends or holidays.
SALES TAX
We collect tax on all orders shipped within Wisconsin.

On-line Ordering Instructions
Click the "My Account" button on the top navigation bar and fill in the form to create an account. If you already have an account, simply click the “LOGIN” button and login.
- Fill in all required information and click "Sign Up!"
- Browse the website and add the products that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the details page of the product. There are several options available on each product, so please check those according to the product you are ordering.

Order On-Line:
Place an order by following the on-line ordering process. Choose items which you would like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, when you click through to checkout. Simply fill in your billing, shipping and payment information, then submit your order for processing.
